About The Role

As Marketing Lead Enablement Manager, you will be a key architect of our demand engine—designing and scaling marketing-led processes that drive high-quality lead creation, accelerate conversion, and fuel pipeline growth. Your mission is to empower Marketing to own and optimize the early stages of the buyer journey, while ensuring seamless transitions across Sales and Customer Experience (CX).

In this role, your impact will be measured by your ability to:

  • Drive consistent, high-quality lead creation through scalable marketing programs, data enrichment, and segmentation strategies
  • Embed lead management best practices within Marketing, increasing adoption of qualification criteria, routing logic, and lifecycle stages
  • Accelerate pipeline velocity by reducing lead response times and optimizing handoffs from Marketing to Sales
  • Align lead processes to campaign strategies, ensuring full-funnel visibility and continuous conversion optimization
  • Leverage feedback loops from Sales and CX to refine targeting, improve nurture tracks, and reduce lead leakage
  • Champion cross-functional alignment, positioning Marketing as a strategic revenue partner across the commercial organization

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize marketing lead operations, ensuring Marketing-generated leads are effectively captured, qualified, routed, and measured across systems and channels.
  • Develop and implement scalable lead qualification frameworks that align with campaign strategies, audience segmentation, and Sales-readiness criteria.
  • Support marketing pipeline health cadences, surfacing insights on funnel performance, lead progression, and campaign impact to drive proactive decision-making.
  • Partner with SalesOps and Revenue teams to ensure seamless lead handoffs and closed-loop reporting on Marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Leverage marketing analytics tools to diagnose funnel bottlenecks, enhance conversion rates, and inform ongoing campaign and targeting strategies.
  • Automate and streamline core marketing ops workflows, including lead scoring, lifecycle tracking, and signals for churn or renewal engagement.
  • Act as the operational lead for Revenue Marketing, championing marketing efficiency, process governance, and cross-functional alignment.

What You’ll Be Accountable For

  • Clear, efficient workflows across lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Strong alignment between Marketing, Sales, and CX on pipeline processes and performance.

Success Metrics

  • Increased marketing-sourced pipeline velocity, with faster lead progression from campaign engagement to Sales acceptance.
  • Reduction in lead leakage and handoff friction, ensuring smoother transitions between Marketing, Sales, and CX.
  • Adoption and consistent use of marketing-owned lead qualification frameworks, improving campaign efficiency and Sales readiness.
  • Integration of Sales and CX feedback loops to refine targeting, messaging, and nurture strategies across the funnel.
  • Enhanced marketing operations efficiency, supporting campaign scalability, lead lifecycle visibility, and actionable reporting.
  • Improved cross-functional collaboration, positioning Marketing as a strategic growth engine within the commercial organization.

Who You Are?

  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of marketing and pipeline management.
  • Proven ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Analytical and data-driven with a knack for identifying process improvements.
  • Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and change management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
