About Your Role
As our new Datacenter Project Manager, you’ll oversee and lead one large-scale datacenter project at a time, managing it from concept to completion. You’ll take ownership of the budget, oversee timelines, lead stakeholder dialogue, and help shape the high-level technical design. Working closely with operations, sales, and key account managers, your role bridges infrastructure execution and commercial alignment.
The projects you’ll manage are complex and business-critical, often involving clients in sectors like pharma, enterprise IT, and digital infrastructure. You’ll be empowered to make decisions, not just follow instructions—ideal if you enjoy being at the center of execution and strategy.

Who We Are Looking For
You are structured, decisive, and curious. You have a solid understanding of datacenter environments or similar and you thrive in project-driven organizations. You enjoy managing stakeholders, understand the balance between commercial drivers and technical execution, and bring a hands-on mindset to solving challenges. You’ve perhaps worked in pharma, enterprise IT, data centers, or technical construction—and now want to specialize in infrastructure projects that truly matter.

- Lead end-to-end project delivery of a new-build datacenter project, typically managing one large project at a time.
- Own and manage the full project budget, including planning, follow-up, and reporting.
- Collaborate with sales and KAMs to align customer expectations with technical execution.
- Drive early-phase design decisions and spar with architects, engineers, and the operations team.
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, acting as the central point between client, commercial, and technical stakeholders.

To Succeed In This Role, We Believe You Have
- 3–5 years of project management experience—potentially in datacenter, pharma, infrastructure or mission-critical environments
- Proven ability to drive large technical projects independently, from planning to execution
- Experience with stakeholder management across both technical and commercial domains
- Professional proficiency in Danish and English
- Relevant education could be as maskinmester, electrician, or similar
