Help technical companies discover how they can use AI to answer questions about their products. As our first team of Commercial Associates, you'll build the outbound engine that connects product and engineering teams with kapa.ai - the platform that makes it really easy for technical companies to build RAG assistants and deploy them where their users or employees have questions.
You will own pipeline generation through creative multi-channel outreach to technical leaders and book discovery calls between them and our Account Executives. You'll be crafting personalized messages that resonate with technical users, getting them genuinely excited about having an AI system that can instantly and accurately answer technical questions about their products.
With 150+ companies now using kapa (including Docker, OpenAI, Reddit and many others), having answered 5+ million technical questions, we've proven this works at scale. Strong interest in AI and the ability to have intelligent conversations about technical topics like RAG are important (we'll help teach you though!).
This isn't about cold-calling through lists. It's about starting conversations with technical leaders about how AI can help them onboard more users, reduce support and build modern product experience, and of course showing them what kapa.ai can do for their teams.

Requirements
- 1+ year of sales/business development experience (high-performing recent grads welcome!)
- Copenhagen based or willing to relocate
- Strong interest in AI and developer tools
- Ability to hustle.
- Technical curiosity or experience talking to developer personas
- Builder mentality - you want to create processes, not just follow them
- Intro chat with Chief of Staff (15-minutes)
- Paid take-home to assess your skills
- Live prospecting simulation with a founding GTM team member (45 minutes)
