Core Responsibilities



  • Streamline Project Efficiency



    • Manage Vendor Invoices Handle processing invoices and maintaining clear, professional correspondence with our vendors to ensure smooth transactions and strong relationships.
    • Assist with developing and maintaining automated Purchase Order reports for various projects.
    • Support with maintaining comprehensive financial overviews, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
    • Champion Data Discipline Help foster a culture of data integrity within the team by promoting best practices and following up on input for optimal results.
    • Embrace ad hoc administrative tasks with enthusiasm, contributing to the overall success of the team.
    • Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless workflow throughout the entire supply chain, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Assist in managing project cost control overviews.
    • Contribute to Process Optimization Initiatives Support the implementation of new tools and system updates to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.

Global Workplace Projects (GWP) is the department within the LEGO Group responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects. In this role, you will be an integral member of the GWP Billund team, which manages a diverse portfolio of projects throughout Billund.

As a Student Worker, you will have the unique opportunity to join a dynamic project team that is continuously evolving and contributing to the LEGO Group’s strategic goals. You will gain valuable experience and develop skills in construction projects, with a focus on financial aspects such as purchase orders, invoicing, reporting, and change orders.

Do you have what it takes?



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like Business Administration or Project Management or similar, with at least 1-3 years left until graduation.
  • This is a Student Worker position with a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week or more.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with advanced skills preferred.
  • Fluent in English, the standard office language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Curious about understanding end-to-end needs, stakeholder perspectives, and system constraints to tackle tasks effectively.
  • A dedicated team player who values collaboration and has great interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to deliver high-quality work for yourself and others, with a structured yet flexible approach to challenges.
  • Positive and ready to learn, with a strong desire for personal growth.
  • Proactive about taking ownership of issues and finding solutions while managing your time well to meet project deadlines.
