Job Description
Are you the kind of person who thrives on turning complexity into something that just works – and who is energized by the idea of making a real impact, not just ticking boxes?
At Danfoss Climate Solutions, we are engineering tomorrow to build a better future. As our new Specialist in Procurement & Supplier Quality, you will become a key part of the DCS Quality Health and Safety function, where purpose meets performance. We're on a journey to streamline, standardize, and strengthen our core processes – and we need someone like you to help us get there.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating clarity in complexity – and who finds energy in collaboration, digital solutions, and making everyday operations run better.
You will be part of an engaged and global network, where your ideas and contributions matter. Working closely with colleagues across functions, factories, and regions, both within supplier quality at our plants and in procurement teams across DCS divisions and business units.
Job Responsibilities
You will be more than a specialist – you will be a driver of improvement, a connector across teams, and a trusted voice in how we develop and execute core procurement and supplier quality processes.
Your role will shape how we collaborate, build compliance, and use data to make better decisions – supporting both our daily operations and our long-term ambitions for performance and sustainability.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
You have a relevant educational background – perhaps within engineering, quality, or a related field – and experience with process development, project execution, or procurement quality in a global organization.
You’re confident using tools like SAP, Power BI, and SharePoint – and you know how to turn data into meaningful decisions.
What Really Sets You Apart Is How You Work
You are structured, curious, and have a strong drive to improve what doesn’t work. You are great at collaborating across functions and cultures – and you know how to explain the “why” behind a change, not just the “what.”
People see you as someone who brings clarity to complexity and who follows things through with persistence.
Most importantly, you care about making a difference – not just in the processes you manage, but in the bigger picture - contributing to Danfoss’ journey towards more sustainable and high-impact solutions.

Due to the summer holiday period, we will begin reviewing applications towards the end of August – but please don’t hold back from applying in the meantime - We would love to hear from you.
We do not have an application deadline but accept applications as long as the job is posted.
