As our HCM Application Architect, you will lead the technical design and end-to-end implementation of our new Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, working closely with our People & Culture department. You will ensure a seamless integration with our ERP and business systems, aligning technology with HR strategy to deliver a unified and efficient digital employee experience.

With a direct reference to our Head of Corporate Solutions, you will join our Corporate Solutions team of 15 dedicated colleagues within Digitalization. Together, we plan, build, and run Kamstrup’s internal business applications. We care deeply about well-being, employee satisfaction, and delivering high-quality solutions. Here Is What The Job Entails
As our HCM Application Architect, you will lead the technical design and end-to-end implementation of our new Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, working closely with our People & Culture department. - Translating HR processes into scalable, integrated system solutions and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization
- Designing and managing integrations between HCM, ERP, and other business-critical systems
- Configuring and enhancing HCM functionalities to support evolving HR and organizational needs
- Coordinating system updates and release cycles in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

- Have experience with HCM and ERP systems, including technical expertise in system integration, data flow, transformation, security, and compliance
- Can translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with HR strategy
- Bring experience with greenfield HCM implementations and strong skills in documenting integrations and system configurations
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Have a proactive and problem-solving mindset in relation to project management
