We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join one of Denmark’s most high-performing marketing teams. You'll grow alongside incredibly talented people in a culture that’s both high-achieving and refreshingly laid-back.
In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of digital acquisition campaigns, track and optimize performance, and play an active role in shaping our growth strategy. You’ll have full ownership (and plenty of support) to drive results across key channels and campaigns. Your key responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage digital acquisition campaigns across key channels like SEM, paid social, and more.
- Track performance metrics and campaign impact, using data to evaluate ROI and consistently hit (or beat) KPIs.
- Analyze trends and audience behavior to continuously optimize budget allocation and channel performance.
- Contribute to the overall growth strategy by bringing ideas and insights to the table - not just executing campaigns, but helping shape them.
- Take ownership of the performance marketing roadmap, from strategic planning to hands-on execution, with the full support of a collaborative team.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- A creative mindset when it comes to identifying target audiences and crafting campaigns that truly engage.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for using data to drive decisions and improve results.
- High proficiency in key ad platforms. Especially Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Have experience with marketing automation tools and retargeting workflows.
- Are already working with AI tools (beyond ChatGPT) or excited to dive deeper into that space.
