Hands-on consultant specialized in Cyber Security and Network

On behalf of one of our clients are we seeking an operational and hands-on consultant specialized in Cyber Security and Network management. The consultant will integrate into the operational team and is expected to effectively address tasks related to security vulnerabilities and network performance. The role demands experience in security incident management and infrastructure maintenance, with specific responsibilities assigned to ensure compliance and coordination within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

The consultant will be responsible for driving cyber security initiatives and managing network infrastructure effectively.

• Conduct ongoing security vulnerability analysis and patch management.
• Manage security incidents from creation to resolution.
• Prepare and present security reports, including site visits and firewall reviews.
• Review system accounts and directory services.
• Verify backup systems and processes.
• Create and update cybersecurity documentation.
• Conduct security awareness training sessions.
• Coordinate stakeholder security meetings and discussions.
• Oversee compliance with ISO 27000 standards.
• Analyze new security solutions and coordinate related topics.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Cyber Security and Network Management.
• Strong knowledge of security incident management processes.
• Familiarity with security vulnerability analysis.
• Experience with compliance standards, namely ISO 27000.
• Ability to conduct internal training and presentations.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in creating technical documentation.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Solar ticketing system.
• Experience in commission tasks for network configuration.
• Knowledge of LDAP and Virtual Cluster integration.
  
  

Other Details:

The role requires the consultant to work out of Fredericia and will commence on August 1st.
