Reporting to the General Manager for Johnson Controls UKI Nordics, this position involves developing and managing Denmark’s leading service organization within the cooling and heat pump industry. Your responsibilities will include leading our 10 field operations sub-branches, alongside our sales organization, to deliver exceptional service to customers across Denmark while driving revenue growth and profitability.
The role requires managing all sub-branches with a combined annual revenue budget of $40m in service revenues, increasing focus on customer-centricity, and consistently achieving results. The teams are based in Roskilde, Vejen, and Hornslet, and regular visits will be required. You will manage ten client service managers, one service sales leader, and one service back-office operations leader. What You Will Do
- Lead and motivate twelve skilled and professional operational managers, one sales leader, and one back-office operations leader to ensure effective customer service delivery.
- Increase year-on-year service revenue growth, profitably.
- Organize field teams to operate in the most efficient and productive manner.
- Engage regularly and effectively with matrix functions, such as Finance and Procurement.
- Build, maintain, and develop strong customer relationships.
- Launch new products, variants, and sales campaigns to expand market segment share.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the service portfolio.
- Execute the enterprise-wide strategy to partner with our System Solutions organization in Denmark, sustaining our market-leading position.
- Develop strategic and tactical plans to achieve financial goals and objectives.
