You will join a small devoted team of colleagues with different backgrounds, with a shared passion for planning and coordination activities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and structured deliveries in Time It is important that you have a quality mindset in order to operate in a GMP environment, and at the same time being flexible, structured, positive and service minded Day to day responsibilities Your main task will training administration, data analysis and archiving. Tasks would normally be:

• Scheduling administrative activities.
• Plan and coordinate tasks in respect to the rest of the Team
• General support with various administrative tasks and archiving.
• Ad hoc tasks in document handling.

For you to be successful in the role you have the following skills and background:

• Good analytical skills and a structured approach to
• Good coordinating and administrative skillsets.
• An organized mind-set with the ability to prioritize when dealing with multiple tasks, whilst adhering to deadlines .
• As a person, you have a positive mindset, are flexible and have a proactive mindset when it comes to tasks and responsibilities.

Hours pr. week To be the right fit for us, we need you to be able to work 2-3 days pr. week. We expect that you can work around 15 hours pr. week, depending on the tasks given.
