As our new Robot technician, you will ensure that the facilities and robots of research and development, are always in a running and healthy state. The job primary aspect is maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing robots.
You’ll work with robots on wheels and people – it’s way too cool

You’ll dive deep into your field of expertise, and really make it work
Your responsibility will be to ensure optimal performance and uptime of the robotic system and ensure that the hardware on robots is well maintained and repaired to increase the testing capabilities. Ensuring the test area is maintained and help build customized setups. Furthermore;
- Troubleshooting: Being able to diagnose defects in robots
- Documentation: Document defects, repairs and scheduled maintenance of robots
- Robot inventory: Have an overview of all the robots in the R&D Test
- Collaboration: Work close with engineers and operators to optimize robotic performance and efficiency
- Safety: Ensure the robots are compliance with safety protocols and Standards
- Testing: Assist in testing software and debugging. During leave or high priority rollouts
You will be working at our premises in Odense.
You’ve got what it takes to fit in at the frontier of robotics
At MiR, we come in all shapes and sizes, and we cheer each other on. However, we do expect that you’ll bring the following:
- Technical Engineering degree or equivalent experience. Your experience is more important for us than the actual education
- General knowledge of mechanics or electronics
- IT skills on a high level
- Hands on approach
- Fluency in English, orally and in writing
We are looking for a proactive team player, yet independent, who is a strong communicator when it comes to communicating technical stuff to different stakeholders.
Also, you are structured and thrive in a global and constantly changing environment.
