Your Role
As one of our new Business and Functional Specialists, you will play a vital role in turning strategy into real-world results in the squad you are joining. You will:
To implement our strategic objectives, we require additional professionals with solid pension expertise to drive the transformation of the Pension Core systems. Our squads consist of 10-14 colleagues, each contributing to the portfolio's delivery. All roles are represented within each squad, ensuring the agile framework operates efficiently. We place a high value on collaboration, clear communication, and a positive work atmosphere.

- Guide important strategic initiatives in close collaboration with our business areas
- Drive and coordinate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning together with the Product Owner, to advance our agile transition
- Contribute to defining and prioritising the backlog to enhance overall efficiency in our work and delivery
- Work in a complex IT environment and contribute to continuous improvement

- Knowledge of the Danish Pension industry through education or work experience
- Experience with agile frameworks is encouraged
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Commitment and motivation to achieve goals

- Effective written and oral communication (Danish and English), collaboration skills, and a structured approach
