Now we’re looking for someone who thrives in the high-energy world of outbound sales and is ready to own a greenfield region: DACH.


We’re on the lookout for a Business Development Representative to join our BDR team at our Copenhagen HQ in Islands Brygge. You’ll be our first native German voice on the team, focused on building pipeline, booking qualified meetings, and helping us grow our presence in the DACH region. This is 100% outbound and yours to shape.



What You’ll Be Doing

- Generating net-new pipeline across DACH

- Booking meetings with prospects who match our qualification criteria and handing them to AEs

- Managing your sequences, cadence, and daily activities in HubSpot like a pro

- Collaborating with AEs to ensure a clean, high-energy handover that sets them up for success

- Contributing to our team rituals, challenges, and off-sites—because we win together



What You Bring

- Native-level German and fluent English—you’ll prospect in one and collaborate in the other

- Experience in a BDR or SDR role where cold-calling and qualification is your core

- Track record of turning outreach into meetings (and meetings into pipeline)

- Hunter mentality—you see every "Nein" as one step closer to "Ja"

- Resilient and coachable—you bounce back, seek feedback, and grow from every rep

- You’re a team player with energy, humor, and the drive to lift the room

Our Hiring Process

1) 30-minute online video call with our recruiter, Christian Payne. 4 role-related questions. These will start from mid-July onwards

2) 1 hour online meeting with the SDR Lead, with a light role-play to show us how you sell

3) 1 hour onsite friendly culture interview, with Mille (CPO) and one other from the team
