Business and Data Analyst

You'll bridge the gap between complex business needs and meaningful data insights across a multi-brand, multi-channel, multi-site landscape. Your role will work closely with our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, utilizing the o9 tool platform, which generates baseline forecast projections based on historical trends.

You'll also take ownership of report automation, data cleansing, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring that stakeholders have accurate, actionable information at their fingertips. Simply put: You’ll be the insight engine behind more confident, data-led strategy.

What You Will Do

• Utilizing IBP tool (o9) to analyse baseline forecast and provide input for adjustments based on forecast accuracy trend, business intelligence, and statistical insights.
• Apply statistical and algorithm-driven methods to improve forecast accuracy and trend analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and automate Excel-based models and reports to support demand planning, performance tracking, and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Finance, Operations) to improve forecast accuracy and to align on business needs.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and support continuous improvement
• Coordinate with the CoE and o9 Customer Service to resolve tool-related challenges and foster process improvement.
• Support Excel-based reporting and drive automation of manual report processes
• Clearly Communicate analysis results with technical and business teams, handle ad hoc analysis requests, and offer strategic analytical support as needed.
  
  

Experience

What you bring

• Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Operations, Business/Data Science etc.
• Proven experience as an analyst in demand forecasting, supply planning, logistics, or inventory management, ideally within mid/large-scale international organizations
• Skilled in business analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, Excel VBA, or comparable platforms
• Familiarity with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tools or similar planning platforms is a plus.

• Skilled at navigating organizational complexity and aligning multiple stakeholders toward shared goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen with a solid grounding in supply chain operations
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
