Job Description

You will be a part of the Digital Technology – Colleague Experience Technology area, providing digital products and service to the corporate business colleagues in The LEGO Group.

It will be your responsibility to lead tech programs in collaboration with senior leadership, Lead Engineers and Product Managers and to help define program roadmaps and align initiatives and work packages across technical areas and teams.

Core Responsibilities



  • Own the delivery of technical aspects of the project, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
  • Define project objectives and key results and milestones specific to the technical needs of the project
  • Own all aspects of the program planning and coordination through team-of-teams and collaboration with product teams
  • Choose and implement the appropriate framework for execution
  • Ensure a program roadmap is in place and understood by customers
  • Lead the technical team’s workflow, dependencies and prioritising tasks
  • Manage risks and tackle problems as they arise
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, communicate with technical partners to ensure alignment with requirements and expectations, and acquire partner agreement

Do you have what it takes?



  • Demonstrable ability to successfully lead programs and projects, ideally enterprise software with hardware elements
  • People-first attitude, always keeping your context and audience in mind
  • Ability to navigate in digital Product-Led environment
  • Strong validated background in hybrid program environment, using agile and waterfall methodologies together, always seeking to deliver continuously and with focus on value creation
  • Ability to understand complex technical solutions and dependencies
  • Very good communication skills and the ability to connect business groups and technical teams
  • Organised and adaptable, can bring order to uncertainty
  • Action biased and hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Experience in delivering SAP solutions
  • Experience in implementing Building Management Systems
  • Certifications in Agile and hybrid project / program management



Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
