Our Team

Are you a team player who is passionate about ensuring the reliability, safety, and quality of medical devices? Do you bring strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and keen attention to detail? If so, you could be the perfect addition to our QA Operations team. You will collaborate with a team of 5-6 QC Technicians on daily basis.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and enhance the metrology center in alignment with site strategy.
  • Operate and program CMMs (DeMeet and Zeiss O-Inspect) and other precision measurement instruments.
  • Perform first article, in-process, and final product inspections.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) requirements.
  • Calibrate and maintain measurement equipment and documentation records.
  • Analyze measurement data, prepare inspection reports, and conduct MSA (Measurement System Analysis).
  • Troubleshoot measurement issues and support manufacturing process improvements.
  • Identify and implement optimal measurement methods and new systems.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality management systems (QMS).
  • Maintain laboratory systems and procedures to meet or exceed customer and regulatory standards.
  • Support coordination and optimization of measurement activities across production and development projects.
  • Provide training and guidance on metrology best practices to others.
  • Collaborate with design teams on drawing reviews and GPS measurements.
  • Participate in audits and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
  • Work closely with global Phillips-Medisize metrology centers to share expertise and best practices.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • University Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or related field; or equivalent mix of education and experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar metrology or quality assurance role.
  • Proven ability to specify, acquire, validate, and implement new measurement equipment and systems.
  • Strong knowledge and application of Measurement System Analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish, verbal and written.
  • High level of organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Leadership and organisational skills to anticipate, plan and organize workload
  • Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, Minitab, and other relevant software tools.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably within Medical Devices
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820 and Good Documentation Practices
  • Strong GD&T (Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing) and GRR (Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility) knowledge
  • Fixture Design experience
  • Exposure to Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Team Lead / Supervisor experience
