An international and multicultural knowledge network
You’ll be part of a cohesive Nordic team of 28 dedicated colleagues who together form a powerful cross-border knowledge base that’s always within reach. You can rely on this team for guidance, insight, and support whenever you need it – especially as you take on the responsibility for the following tasks:
- Sales: You will serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Acer’s distribution partners, including both open channels and retail. You’ll proactively communicate with the sales team to ensure awareness of distribution stock levels, ongoing campaigns, and relevant updates.
- Partner Management: You will build strong relationships with distribution product managers and key account managers, conduct quarterly business reviews with distributor management, and organize product training sessions to empower our partners.
- Stock Management: You will collaborate with the business unit and sales on product selection, closely monitor stock levels and turnover rates, and proactively address inventory to optimize stock performance.
- Marketing: You will participate in quarterly marketing planning and execute targeted activities in close collaboration with Acer’s marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, brand strategy, and market demands.
As Nordic Distribution Manager, you will manage your own sales processes and take a hands-on approach throughout the entire workflow, which includes frequent visits to distributors and approximately 14 days of travel per year. You’ll be based at the Nordic headquarters in Hellerup, where your closest colleagues are never more than a corridor away, and the door to Country Manager Henrik Frydahl’s office is always open. You will report directly to Henrik, who looks forward to working with you and hearing your valuable insights.

But enough about us – let’s talk about you
We’re not fixed on a specific educational background – what matters most is your experience. Ideally, you’ve spent around five years in a similar role, perhaps within the computer hardware or tech industry. Maybe you’ve worked with distribution as a supplier or a broadline distributor, managed supply chains or logistics for tech products, or collaborated with vendors, retailers, or B2B resellers.
It’s a clear advantage if you’re used to working with sales and distribution targets, managing stock and KPIs, and coordinating across teams. But most importantly, you’re a relationship-builder at heart – outgoing, communicative, and eager to spot and act on business opportunities. You’re also proactive, structured, and comfortable navigating both short-term actions and long-term goals. Strong numerical skills and fluency in both Danish and English are considered an advantage.
