Are you ready to make a difference on a global scale? If you have a solid technical background and a passion for working internationally, this is your chance to step into a high-impact role. As part of our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Partner Programs Centre of Competence, you’ll become a trusted specialist, travelling the world 30–60 days a year to establish and support successful, technical service organisations in airports and logistic centres.
Facilitate great global service
At BEUMER Group, we deliver intralogistics solutions such as mission critical baggage handling systems for airports and parcel handling systems for a variety of customers all over the world. We have the leading product on the market, and the office in Aarhus is an international Centre of Competence. From here, you support 29 group companies and help carry the strategic responsibility for our global service contracts.
Support colleagues and customers globally
Coaching the 29 group companies, you support their O&M quotation and calculation work and help them compile the right service offers for our customers through the right winning strategy. You will also support over 100 existing O&M contracts worldwide. Although most of your interactions will be internally, at times you will also be working closely with our customers, mainly through new O&M quotations and contract renewals. The role, however, is quite broad and varied, with the main responsibilities listed below:
Responsibility, communication and collaboration. These are three skills that are essential in this outgoing role, where you act across sites and cultures. You need to be able to talk to everyone – from service technicians to CEOs – communicating convincingly and persuasively. With no direct reports, your internal networking is highly important in this role as there is constant interaction with internal departments. At the end of the day, we are looking for your clout, energy and motivation to participate in global teamwork and collaborations. The requirements for the role are:

- Analysing customer service requirements from a technical, operational and commercial perspectives to establish the right O&M service solutions – via analysis of tenders
- Identifying, analysing and mitigating risks of new opportunities and existing contracts, together with the group companies
- Close cooperation with projects, sales teams and all departments within Customer Support
- Ensuring that existing contracts are performing well and adhering to the global O&M and company strategy
- Acting as single point of contact for all group companies as well as enabling and promoting knowledge sharing and best practice across O&M sites globally
- Overall planning on the implementation of new service contracts, including the resources, time and commercial aspects as well as the coordination with the customer and group companies
- As custodians of our global O&M processes, constantly reviewing and enforcing them
- Following up on the implementation and the continuous optimisation of the service concepts

- A great communicator that can talk and challenge people at all levels of the organisation
- A technical background or relevant experience from a similar industry
- Some years of experience with managing and selling maintenance solutions
- Excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent in English – spoken and in writing
