Kontrakttype: Fuld tid

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, which involves a combination of working from our office in Copenhagen and also remotely.
Are you an HR professional who thrives on autonomy, ownership, and making a real impact? As our HR Partner for Scandinavia, you’ll act as the HR “shop owner” for your market – taking the lead on all things people-related in Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway).
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll combine HR expertise, solid administrative skills, and strong stakeholder collaboration to help shape and deliver the local people agenda. If you’re passionate about continuous improvement, challenging the status quo, and making a real difference in a growing, international environment – we’d love to hear from you.
What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role:
As HR Partner for Scandinavia, you’ll play a key role in connecting the business with HR, translating strategic goals into effective, people-focused solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the HR agenda across Scandinavia, shaping and implementing local HR strategies that directly support commercial success.
You’ll work closely with local leadership, the broader EMEA People team, global Centres of Excellence, and external partners to ensure smooth, compliant HR operations – from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, benefits, and talent development. You’ll also act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing hands-on support across the employee lifecycle while championing a culture of engagement, growth, and performance.
As part of this role, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and enhancing HR processes and policies to ensure alignment, efficiency, and compliance. You’ll also play a key role in any M&A activity, supporting people-related planning and integration.
In a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you’ll balance strategic planning with operational delivery, continuously looking for ways to improve how we work. If you're someone who thrives in an autonomous role, values strong relationships, and enjoys making a real impact – this could be your perfect next step.
