WasteHero is transforming how cities manage waste—smarter, greener, and more scalable. We’re building a bold, EU-wide brand and need a creative student to help us level up our content, storytelling, and outreach.

This Role Is Perfect If You

• Have a flair for storytelling, and enjoy sharing success stories
• Love creating engaging content—visuals, posts, emails, and more
• Are passionate about branding and know how to tell a story with both words and images
• Are active on social media (especially LinkedIn) and curious about digital marketing
• Are comfortable experimenting with AI tools to create, plan, and optimize content (don’t worry—you won’t need to build, or implement the tools, we have people for that)
• Have a keen eye for branding, and visuals, and bonus points if you know Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
  
  

About The Role

As our Brand & Content Creative, you’ll work directly with our marketing and commercial teams to create compelling digital content that positions WasteHero as an innovative leader across Europe. You’ll help plan and produce social media campaigns, email marketing, and visuals. You’ll also support the delivery of webinars, events, and PR, helping WasteHero make a mark everywhere we show up.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging SoMe (LinkedIn) content and email campaigns
• Create, communicate, and distribute business cases
• Manage online posts and outreach emails to strengthen awareness
• Contribute to the development and execution of our brand voice and visual identity
• Research and leverage AI tools to streamline content creation and marketing workflows
• Support marketing and PR activities for events, webinars, and press coverage
• Help analyze campaign performance and share ideas to improve our digital presence
• Assist with PR and outreach projects to boost our EU-wide brand recognition
• Assisting in maturing the Danish market with newsletters, cases, and similar sources of content
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• You’re a student in Aarhus (any field; communications, marketing, design, or similar is a plus)
• Creative, visual, and organized—always ready to share new ideas
• Excellent communicator both in English and Danish
• Eager to embrace AI tools in your daily work (e.g., for content ideas, copywriting, or visuals)
• Interested in branding, marketing, and making a visible impact
• Bonus: experience working with digital tools (LinkedIn, Canva, Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
