About The Role

As a Growth Analyst Intern, you’ll support the growth, sales, and business development teams with research, analytics, and operational projects. You’ll help us understand new markets, benchmark our progress, and create data-driven reports that influence real decisions. Your work will help WasteHero expand into new regions, optimize commercial strategy, and stay ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities

• Build benchmarks and scorecards for go-to-market performance, customer success, and commercial growth
• Analyze RFPs and tender data to spot opportunities and trends in public sector procurement
• Assist in the development and execution of growth plans for new regions and verticals
• Support market research on regional competitor landscapes, customer needs, and market entry strategies
• Create and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Google Sheets (or Excel) to visualize sales and marketing performance
• Prepare regular and ad hoc analytics reports for the leadership team
• Shadow senior staff on commercial projects, market entry work, and sales pipeline reviews
• Collaborate with teams on pricing, segmentation, and expansion modeling
• Support other data-driven and strategic projects as needed
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• You’re a student in Aarhus (business, economics, engineering, data science, or similar field a plus)
• Analytical mindset and strong skills with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Strong communicator in English (Danish a plus)
• Comfortable working with both quantitative data and written/qualitative market research
• Eager to learn new tools, and unafraid of new challenges
• Interested in sustainability, SaaS, and real-world business growth
