Web Developer – Umbraco & Blazor

For a newly established role in our Software Development team, we are looking for a talented Web Developer. You will become part of one of our dedicated IT development teams, and you can look forward to running your own development projects as well as contributing to larger solutions together with the rest of the team.

As a developer, you’ll be an essential part of our Explore & Interact team, taking ownership of your own projects while also contributing to larger solutions in close collaboration with colleagues, departments, and external partners. We build flexible and user-friendly systems using Umbraco and Blazor that streamline processes and support sustainable growth.

What you’ll be working on

In this role, you'll develop and maintain websites and applications with a focus on customizing both frontend and backoffice components.

Furthermore, you can expect a workday that includes tasks such as:

• Creating reusable components and templates for editors and developers
• Improving the UX and UI of our existing platforms
• Supporting internal stakeholders with enhancements and new features
• Ensuring performance, security, and scalability of Umbraco and Blazor-based solutions

What we’re looking for

You are passionate about IT and capable of offering concrete, constructive solutions to help improve and develop existing technologies. We expect you to have at least five years of experience in software development and solid hands-on experience with Umbraco – including best practices and content modeling.

We expect that you:

• Are familiar with Umbraco best practices, including content modeling
• Have a good understanding of database design, API architecture, and backend development
• Are eager to continuously expand your development skills
• Are detail-oriented and structured in your approach

Finally, you thrive in a structured, results-oriented environment and are always looking to learn more.

You’ll join a growing IT department with approx. 70 skilled colleagues, and over the next year, we’ll grow even further. Your work will have a real impact on our day-to-day operations and support the future development of our business. Our tech stack includes Umbraco CMS, Blazor, Bootstrap5, Syncfusion, HTML/CSS/JS, .NET 8.0, C#, and MSSQL. We work with microservice architecture and use tools such as Azure, Docker, and GitHub.
