We are now looking for a Senior Hydraulic Specialist to join our Hydraulic Design & Simulation team in Denmark – a global center of excellence in fluid mechanics and hydraulic component development.

What You’ll Do
Development Projects (40%)
- Lead hydraulic development of components like impellers, pump housings, and chambers.
- Conduct simulations, reviews, verifications, and documentation.
- Collaborate with global development teams and production sites.
- Explore and implement new technologies (e.g., parametric design, additive manufacturing).
- Ensure timely integration of innovations into modular designs.
- Provide subject matter support on hydraulic design, simulation, and testing.
- Drive personal development and share knowledge through training and mentoring.
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Fluid Mechanics (or related field), ideally with industry experience.
- Strong background in fluid mechanics, turbomachinery, and CFD.
- Programming skills (e.g., Python).
- Experience in hydraulic design and 3D parametric modeling.
- Familiarity with simulation validation through physical testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and structured thinker.
- Self-driven and accountable.
- Able to balance quality with speed and efficiency.
- Comfortable presenting technical insights to both experts and non-specialists.
- A team player with a global mindset and openness to multicultural collaboration.
