We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to take ownership of the test strategy and quality assurance efforts for our Trackman Broadcast Solution—a game-changing platform that powers professional tournament golf broadcasts around the world. From graphics-enhanced live TV to immersive internet content, we are on a mission to “track every shot” and we need your QA expertise to get us there.

We have just moved to our state-of-art HQ in Hørsholm, located at DTU Science Park. We take great pride in the building we designed! The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena with simulators available for employees and a fitness centre, everything surrounded by a beautiful forest and respecting the environment. We made sure to utilize the newest technologies to be energy efficient and be mindful of ventilation and sound propagation.
The cherry on top is our canteen: with an indoor and outdoor area to enjoy the fresh food prepared by our own kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Testing Strategy & Ownership
- Define, implement and continuously evolve the overall QA strategy for the Trackman Broadcast solution, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Drive a top-down, system-level testing approach, focusing on end-to-end validation of the broadcast ecosystem.
- Establish best practices for manual and automated testing based on risk and business impact.
- Production Environment Oversight
- Maintain an overview of component versions deployed for each customer in production.
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure proper version control and compatibility across deployments.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to software updates and customer-specific configurations.
- Test Automation & Efficiency
- Automate tests where it provides real value, reducing repetitive manual effort while maintaining reliability.
- Develop and maintain API, integration, and UI automation scripts (using cypress, and/or custom frameworks).
- Continuously assess automation opportunities and advocate for ROI-driven test automation.
- Manual Testing & Validation
- Conduct manual testing when automation is not feasible, including working with a QA Golfer (simulated user) for real-world scenario validation.
- Perform exploratory, regression, and performance testing to ensure system stability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Planning
- Work with Product Managers, Developers, and Project Managers to align testing with release cycles.
- Communicate test progress, risks, and blockers effectively to stakeholders.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk assessment meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior role (preferably in broadcast, IoT, or sports tech).
- Strong background in system-level testing (hardware/software integration is a plus).
- Experience in test automation (cypress) and CI/CD integration.
- Ability to analyse production environments and troubleshoot versioning issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- (Bonus) Experience with Trackman systems, video streaming, or sports data analytics.
- Work with cutting-edge sports broadcast technology used by top professional golf tours.
- Thrive in a live broadcast environment where your QA decisions have immediate, high-stakes impact—ensuring flawless tracer graphics seen by millions, with no room for error.
- Build battle-tested processes by immersing yourself in the system’s complexities first, then designing QA strategies tailored to real-world challenges in sports broadcasting.
- Validate a full-stack ecosystem—from radar hardware and AI models to on-air graphics—where a single glitch can ripple across the entire pipeline.
- Solve puzzles across distributed systems, tracing bugs through firmware, data streams, and broadcast setups to pinpoint root causes under pressure.
- Collaborate with elite broadcasters who demand perfection, honing your eye for pixel-perfect precision and seamless viewer experiences.
- Test with empathy for onsite teams, ensuring releases are rock-solid for crews working in the field, where reliability means everything.
