Job Description
Danfoss Climate Solutions, a global market leader in the field of climate and energy solutions, is looking for an experienced Head of DCS Talent Acquisition to drive and execute our global DCS Talent Acquisition strategy and lead a global Talent Acquisition team to attract, source and hire top talents to support our growth.

In this newly established strategic leadership role, you will ensure high operational excellence of the DCS global TA team to deliver a high-quality hiring manager and candidate experience every time against desired time to hire.

You will report to the Head of DCS HR and be part of the DCS HR Leadership team, while working closely together with DCS HR Community as well as our AskHR service organization.

Location: Preferred locations One of our biggest sites in Europe, either Nordborg, Kolding or Copenhagen (Denmark), Hamburg or Offenbach (Germany), Lyon (France) or Grodzisk Mazowiecki (Poland). We are open to other parts of Europe for the right candidate. Position requires availability to travel.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following

  • Develop and manage the global DCS Talent Acquisition team and manage recruitment operations globally overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
  • Develop the segments global Talent Acquisition strategy covering manufacturing related as well as administrative and management roles
  • Create and foster hiring practices to achieve our aspirational goals in creating an inclusive workplace
  • Partner with DCS Talent lead on key growth roles essential to our long-term strategic goals and growth and internal rotation initiatives.
  • Define hiring and employer branding strategies for early talent programs across various DCS sites
  • Establish success KPIs and driving strategic initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates and build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners
  • Optimize the use of AI tools in all steps of the recruitment process

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

  • Master´s degree, or Bachelor´s degree with demonstrated experience
  • +5 years Leadership experience in a global Talent Acquisition within a multinational environment
  • In-depth knowledge and strong expertise in TA strategy, process optimization and digital hiring technologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage senior leadership
  • Ability to work effectively with a hands-on mindset in a dynamic and changing environment
  • High learning agility and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
