Then you might be our new key player in the payroll team at Skechers Nordic!
About The Job
As a Payroll Specialist you will be an important part of our dynamic payroll team, ensuring payroll processing and payroll payments for approx. 500 employees in the 4 Nordic countries in close co-operation with local payroll offices in Norway, Sweden and Finland.
You will play a central coordinating role in collaboration with and as a sparring partner for the business, Nordic payroll agencies and other colleagues.
Together with them, you will drive optimisations in our processes for handling payroll and employees.
We work with SameSystem as our time tracking system and use Workday as our HR system.

About The Job

Your Primary Tasks
- Participate in payroll for both hourly and salaried employees
- Bookkeeping and reconciliations
- Coordinate payroll processes across the Nordic countries
- Act as a liaison between Skechers Nordic and local payroll agencies
- Ensure compliance with applicable payroll legislation and regulations
- Contribute to continuous improvements in payroll processes and systems
- Perform detailed analyses and reporting of payroll data
- Coordinate payroll-related projects
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management
- Preferably knowledge of Nordic payroll legislation and practices
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in advanced Excel
- Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Nordic languages is an advantage
- Experience working across countries and cultures
- Are you curious and have a constructive approach to solving tasks and challenges
- Strong coordination skills and experience in managing projects
- Are you happy to work independently on a task, but at the same time naturally contribute to the collective success of the team
- Have a high energy level and a positive attitude
