Our business unit Smart Transport provides fleet and transport management systems which use data-driven analytics to assist fleet operators in optimizing their operations and reducing their costs.
About The Job
We’re looking for a strategic, high-performing leader to drive global growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and positioning AddSecure as their trusted long-term partner. In this role, you'll drive the full business development cycle — from identifying opportunities to closing complex deals — and play a key role in shaping our enterprise sales strategy. About The Job
We’re looking for a strategic, high-performing leader to drive global growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and positioning AddSecure as their trusted long-term partner. In this role, you'll drive the full business development cycle — from identifying opportunities to closing complex deals — and play a key role in shaping our enterprise sales strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and executing a new business plan aligned with AddSecure’s strategic goals
- Proactively building a high-quality pipeline through direct outreach, networking, and close collaboration with marketing and BDR teams
- Leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders by understanding their strategic priorities and aligning AddSecure’s solutions to their needs
- Providing regular forecasts, performance insights, and market trends to senior leadership
- Representing the customer voice internally and contributing market intelligence to inform product and go-to-market strategy
About You

- A collaborative mindset — but also the drive and discipline to work independently
- A willingness to travel internationally as needed
