As a Student Assistant In Quality Systems At AGC, You Will Be 1 Out Of a Team Of 3 Student Helpers Performing Different Tasks. Your Primary Tasks Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Supporting the Archive Subject Matter Expert with the archive procedure
- Suggest optimization projects for the current archiving process
- Perform archiving activities such as preparation, registration, shipping, review and retrieval of documents to/from external archive supplier
- Being an archive expert and supporting AGC’s Archive department responsible with questions or training
- Support activities surrounding retrieval and destruction of retired documents
- Replying to mails received in the different department mailboxes
- Create/update videos for training purposes
- Follow up on overdue borrowed documents
- Support with audit activities
- On request, creating item and logbook numbers
