Core Responsibilities
In M&C marketing we are shaping our marketing organization to streamline commercial decision-making, embrace digital innovation, and deepen consumer connections through personalization.
The Integrated Marketing Activation (IMA) team leads the orchestration of detailed, multi-channel and marketing activation strategies. Tasked with aligning global Go-to-Market and campaign execution with overarching business objectives, the team upholds brand consistency while dynamically addressing market-specific gaps.

Core Responsibilities
- Campaign Go-to-Market Development Input to and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to Islamic and Asian occasions, ensuring alignment with global Go-to-Market strategies.
- Masterbrand & Occasions Campaign Operations Manage back-end campaign implementation and operations, such as toolbox creation, LAP upload, AAR coordination, etc, as required
- Cross-Channel Integration Oversee the integration of marketing efforts across Owned, Earned, Shared, and Paid (OESP) channels to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
- Market Analysis & Cultural Acumen Conduct detailed market analysis to identify specific audience needs and cultural nuances, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align campaign objectives with broader business goals and ensure effective execution.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports on efficiency, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Audience Engagement Develop GTM to engage target audiences effectively, using insights to build tailored content and messaging that resonates with cultural values.
- Agile Response to Market Dynamics Stay attuned to evolving market trends and audience insights, adjusting campaigns and strategies in real-time to enhance impact.
- Budget Execution Handle campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to increase return on investment.
- Brand Stewardship Uphold and enhance brand integrity across all campaigns, ensuring that all marketing materials reflect the brand's values and mission.

Do you have what it takes?
- Solid experience in marketing campaign development or integrated marketing programs for consumer goods.
- International & Cross-cultural experience, specifically in GTM and campaign execution
- Strong understanding and experience in leading the design and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to Islamic and Asian occasions.
- Data driven thinker with the skills to envision solutions and develop sound activation plans and related processes
- Solid understanding of the marketing ecosystem and integrating marketing functions (e.g. PR, Social, Digital, Retail)
- Strong project management, planning and organizational skills
- Experience working as part of a global team (requires flexible working hours)
