This squad will play a crucial role in transforming how our organization uses AI to improve efficiency, decision-making, and effectiveness in addressing financial crime.
We are establishing a brand-new Central GenAI Squad within the FinCrime space to pioneer the development of Generative AI solutions (e.g., AI assistants, bots, productivity tools) to support internal teams across Financial Crime Organization (Development teams, Operations, Risk, and other business functions).
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a founding member of this squad. Your goal is to connect business requirements with AI capabilities, ensuring we create valuable, secure, and meaningful GenAI solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work with advanced innovations within a high-impact domain, while contributing to AI development in banking.
Key Responsibilities
We imagine you bring 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development, preferably in banking, fintech, or regulated environments.
An advantage would be having proven experience working on AI/ML (Machine Learning) or GenAI-related products or solutions, such as internal assistants, chatbots, or intelligent automation tools.
It would be great to have a strong understanding of financial crime prevention domains, such as AML, KYC, fraud detection, and sanctions screening, though it is not mandatory.
We hope you have experience working in a hybrid model, where team members are located in different places, with strong internal communication skills to translate business needs to developers and explain issues or concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Lead the end-to-end business analysis activities for GenAI initiatives, from ideation to deployment.
- Elicit, define, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution specifications.
- Analyze workflows, processes, and user pain points for use cases across FinCrime (AML, KYC, Fraud, Sanctions Screening)
- Partner with Product Owner, Developers and other squad members to translate business needs into GenAI features
- Serve as the primary liaison in collaboration with the Product Owner between business stakeholders and the GenAI squad.
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and demos to align expectations and gather feedback.
- Ensure traceability between business goals and AI-driven features.
- Promote open and effective communication within the squad to ensure developers have a clear understanding of business requirements and expectations.
- Work within an Agile squad, contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) phases: requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-release monitoring.
- Work independently to define and execute test cases, ensuring GenAI outputs meet business needs and adhere to ethical guidelines, collaborating with squad members as necessary.
- Contribute insights on capabilities and limitations of GenAI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) (DanskeGPT, Microsoft, AWS Cloud, etc.), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and safety guardrails.
- Help define safe and compliant usage of GenAI, especially in a regulated financial services context.
- Act as a thought partner in identifying innovative GenAI use cases and ensuring alignment with enterprise AI strategy.

- Skilled in business analysis, requirements elicitation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical deliverables.
- Skilled in mapping processes, gap analysis, risk assessment, and workflow optimization.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience working in a cross-functional Agile squad.
- Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, and the entire Microsoft Office suits
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English as a must, since it is our key language.
- Ability to engage with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills, with experience managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
- An understanding of GenAI concepts, including LLMs, prompt design, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- The ability to critically assess GenAI solutions for bias, hallucinations, privacy, and security.
- Experience in contributing to GenAI tool development or integrating AI into user-facing applications.
