We are seeking a warehouse assistant to manage our IT inventory, including headsets, smartphones, and PCs.
You will work on-site as part of a team of 3 IT supporters at Coloplast’s headquarters in Humlebæk. You will play a key role in tracking our IT stock.
Join Digital, Data & IT
As part of Digital, Data & IT at our headquarters, you will join our IT Pitstop team with 3 dedicated IT supporters. Together, we manage our IT set-up and provide daily support to IT users across Coloplast on issues related to printing, computers, smartphones, MS Office, etc.
Manage IT Inventory and Assist Users
Your responsibilities will be divided between the warehouse and the IT Pitstop, where colleagues from across HQ can receive assistance with IT issues. As an employee of a large multinational company, where high standards for IT quality are imperative, we expect your contribution to maintaining these standards for our IT warehouse.

- Monitor IT inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment of user orders
- Ensure proper labelling, storage, and tracking of IT inventory
- Prepare IT equipment for shipment to global Coloplast sites
- Maintain cleanliness in the IT Pitstop area and dispose of waste materials like cardboard and plastic
- Support your team with basic IT tasks such as resetting smartphones or preparing PCs for new users - training will be provided

Moreover, you
- Have previous warehouse job experience
- Show curiosity and interest in IT
- Are keen to work with our Service Management Tool to manage the inventory in the IT warehouse
- Are proficient in written and spoken English (Danish is advantageous but not essential)
