Join our Performance Management team
You will join a young and ambitious Performance Management team of 7 colleagues within the Corporate Finance department. Together, we work in depth with performance management and key financial processes such as monthly performance reviews, sales analysis, forecast and target setting. You will get a lot of responsibility and will be able to learn from day 1 on the job.

In this role, you can expect a steep learning curve as you settle into our data-based set-up and processes. As a trusted partner to the business, we look to you to provide high-quality financial analysis and performance insights that lay the foundation for key decision-making at senior management level.

Join our Performance Management team

Specifically, you will
- Complete financial reports, forecasts and analysis spanning across the Group and the whole P&L on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Support senior management with financial analysis for local and global business needs
- Update and interpret monthly performance material across the company
- Optimize and streamline our performance processes
- Further develop and expand on our PowerBI dashboards
- Get involved in projects outside of Commercial Finance

Moreover, we imagine that you come with
- A master’s degree in finance, business or similar
- Max. 2 years of experience from a similar analytical/financial role
- Strong analytical skills and excel at transforming data into valuable business insights
- A strong personal drive and an eagerness to learn
- Couriage to ask questions and challenge the status quo
- Pesonality that thrive in a team environment but are also able to work independently
- Fluency in English - speak and write
