Do you get a kick out of analysing data and solving problems? Can you see yourself in a function where you create value by ensuring data transparency and enabling communication that establishes the basis for strategic decision-making?

In this 1-year maternity cover, you will contribute to making sure that our end-users can rest easy, knowing that we are continuously working to safeguard product availability while creating a scalable, future-proof global supply chain.

Join an international team with global supply chain exposure

You will join our Analytics team at HQ in Humlebæk, working alongside four international colleagues with strong analytical skills and deep business understanding. We leverage data-driven insights to mitigate risks and conduct “deep dives” when we see deviations.

As a part of the Global Supply Chain organisation, our goal as a team is to support Coloplast's commercial activities by minimising business impact in case of supply chain disruption (or the risk thereof). Joining us, you will become a problem-solver who performs analyses and communicates with colleagues across the supply chain to help us deliver products and create complete value chain transparency.

Grow Your Analytical Abilities And Global Network

You can look forward to receiving intense on-the-job training and one-on-one coaching. While you can expect to undergo a steep learning curve, the tools and skills you will acquire are highly versatile and can significantly benefit your future professional career.

Among Other Things, You Will Learn How To

  • Deliver business insight through analysis, which creates intelligence around supply disruptions, root causes and value chain transparency, leading to proposals for mitigating actions
  • Support the implementation of strong performance management within a Global Supply Chain organisation
  • Develop and implement tools and data cubes across our value chain to proactively detect potential supply disruptions and lost efficiencies
  • Contribute to a variety of supply chain projects, e.g., developing simulations, estimating business impact and ensuring cross-functional collaboration
  • Create standard tools, processes and reports to quantify the consequences of supply disruptions

The more insight you gain, the more involved you will be in the entire “business decision value chain” – from identifying challenges to being part of finding and executing solutions.

You are eager to learn and provide analytical support

To thrive in this role, you will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a flair for working with data. You thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly and where you and your teammates need to find solutions and communicate those to the broader supply chain organisation.

Moreover, we imagine that you

  • Are a recent graduate or have a few years of experience from a similar position
  • Have a master’s degree in e.g., supply chain management, engineering, business administration or finance
  • Have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and are excited about working with tools such as Power BI and ERP
  • Have strong communication skills in English
