Manager Technical Asset Management Wind

While the role carries global leadership responsibility, the position is based at our headquarters in Hobro, Denmark. Travel activity will be part of the job and expected travel days are around 20 days per year, but your primary workplace will be at our head office, where you lead the global function and coordinate across our international locations.

Reporting to the Global Asset Management Director, you will lead and develop the Global Technical Asset Management Wind organization, consisting of 6 dedicated members based in Denmark. You will also hold significant global responsibility for the Technical Asset Management Wind area, playing a key role in shaping how we operate across 16 countries – while being primarily based at our headquarters in Hobro, Denmark

Your role

We are looking for a skilled and people-oriented leader who can manage and empower a team of specialists, while also working effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders and partners. You will be at the heart of driving the performance of our wind park operations globally, contributing both strategically and operationally to ensure best-in-class results.

You will be responsible overall for our global wind park operation, including:

• Defining and executing the strategy for wind park operations
• Leading the team responsible for Maintenance and Technical Management
• Define, Develop and implement the global strategy for Asset Management Wind
• Ensuring best operational practices are rolled out across our global organization
• Driving digitalization initiatives within the wind area

Your daily tasks include, for example:

• Supporting the commercial handling of local partners such as electricians, service providers, etc.
• Guiding the team in technical project management

Your profile

You are a proactive leader who thrives in an international environment and is motivated by seeing your team grow and succeed. You combine your technical expertise with strong people management skills and understand how to translate strategy into action.

We imagine that you are a marine engineer, technical engineer, or similar, and that you bring:

• Experience with team leadership and employee development
• A strong technical understanding of wind park operations
• Commercial awareness and experience working with contracts/SLAs
• A collaborative, structured, and motivational approach to leadership
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); German proficiency is a plus
