As our new IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will join our global IT team, which serves as pillar at Dinex keeping our IT efficient and secure. We are a team of highly motivated professionals who work on defining and executing the high ambitions of Dinex – and we make sure to have fun from time to time.

Qualifications

It is important to us that you:

• Have proven Expertise - Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Are virtualization Pro - Strong knowledge and expertise in Hyper-V environments.
• Knowledge of Group Policy Management - Solid experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Are Microsoft 365 Specialist - Experienced in Azure, Intune, Autopilot, and just in general the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Network know-how - Has experience with Fortinet

We imagine that you have finished as Data Technician specialized within infrastructure or similar education.

To be successful in the role you should poises the following skills:

• Exceptional Communicator - Ability to clearly and effectively convey information, ensuring smooth collaboration and minimizing misunderstandings when addressing IT challenges. English both oral and written is required.
• Solution-Oriented Mindset - Naturally driven to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Passion for IT Excellence - Demonstrates strong technical expertise and enthusiasm for staying ahead in the IT landscape.
• Collaborative Team Player - Thrives in teamwork but also excels when working independently to deliver results.
• Analytical, Methodical and Detail-Oriented Thinker - Skilled at diving deep into problems or projects with precision and maintaining focus to deliver well-thought solutions over extended periods.

Roles & Responsibilities

Your primary tasks would:

• Be the Backbone of Global IT Support - Provide expert second-level remote assistance to our worldwide team through a dynamic ticketing system.
• Keep Our Systems Cutting-Edge - Own the responsibility of maintaining and patching the entire infrastructure to keep it secure and up-to-date.
• To Tackle Exciting Challenges - Handle diverse ad hoc tasks that keep you sharp and agile.
• Shape the Future of IT - Collaborate with Group IT Manager to develop and execute forward-thinking IT strategies.
• Explore and Innovate - Possibility to travel to other Dinex locations around the world, assess IT landscapes, and design strategic IT roadmaps for each site.
• Reimagine and Optimize - Continuously rethink our IT setup and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.

Your responsibility as being the Backbone of Dinex IT Infrastructure involves:

• Team up with the IT Manager to ensure our systems run like a well-oiled machine.
• Secure, efficient, and with minimal downtime.
• Be the driving force behind a resilient and high-performing IT environment!

The job is located at our headquarter in Middelfart, where you will be working from on a daily basis.
