Strategy Project Manager

We are looking for a Strategy Project Manager to join our Strategy & Transformation team. In this role, you will be at the center of DLG Group's corporate strategy development and execution, ensuring alignment across business units and driving major cross-functional transformation programs such as ReGen, a large scale multi-year transformation working across topics,business areas and groups. This is a unique opportunity to influence the long-term direction and performance of the company, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.

Location: Fredericia, Denmark/ Flensburg, Germany

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of DLG Group’s corporate strategy, including the annual strategic planning cycle
• Design and drive strategic initiatives and transformation programs
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms
• Collaborate with Strategy Business Partners to align business group input with corporate strategy
• Facilitate executive workshops and craft compelling strategic narratives
• Identify synergies across business units and functions to drive growth and efficiency
• Govern and mitigate risks to ensure success of our transformation
• Prepare strategic materials for Executive Committee (EC) meetings

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience (2-4 years) within corporate strategy, management consulting, or transformation leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management and influence at executive levels.
• Ability to drive cross-organizational alignment and deliver measurable outcomes.
