The team you will be part of:
You will be a part of a Salesforce team anchored in the center of GN’s digital transformation journey. You will be among various colleagues on the Salesforce team who will support you as you develop our new global improvement strategies and define future objectives.
The team is part of the commercial side of our business, with close ties to the Salesforce development teams in IT. The team consists of the CRM group that transforms business needs into requests for IT, and the Success part, which ensures new solutions are released and adopted.
The culture in the team is informal, open, and welcoming, so we are looking for someone who appreciates and will contribute to this environment.
The position is based out of our global headquarters in Ballerup, outside Copenhagen.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- Engage with HQ stakeholders to help streamline and standardize processes and ways of working, together with supporting change management initiatives within our digital transformation implementations.
- Collaborate with local sales and service managers to make sure Salesforce is fully utilized and adopted at all levels. This includes answering questions on usage, facilitating training sessions, and promoting the global template and setup.
- Support the validation and release of new features and functionalities, for instance, by being part of organizing User Acceptance Tests and conducting training, guidance, and work instructions.
- Motivate our network of colleagues globally who serve as “success partners” - be this ambassadors or super users - to ensure the implementation, adoption, and quality of Salesforce.
- Your unique qualities are essential to this position, and we are interested in individuals who show initiative and a friendly disposition.
- We expect that you can define and implement the various initiatives for success and change management.
- We imagine that you are motivated by the idea of getting to work with a variety of colleagues and taking them through a change journey.
- You have some years of experience with Salesforce, especially Sales and Service Cloud. It will be beneficial if you can configure and prepare for demo purposes yourself, or if you possess Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Consultant or Business Analyst).
- Skills within stakeholder management and being able to collaborate across organizational functions and levels.
- A flair for presenting to and inspiring others.
- The ability to work effectively in a global work environment, manage ambiguity, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A rational approach, plenty of curiosity, and a structured work technique.
- Interest in knowledge sharing, good communication skills, and fluency in English.
