Financial Accountant

We are a consulting engineering company looking for a Financial Accountant to handle financial tasks.

New Power Partners offer advisory and consultancy for project management and planning within construction disciplines and maritime operations. Our expertise and know-how promote our ability to provide technical specialist advisory and management experts, especially within sustainable energy and offshore construction.

We expect our Financial Accountant to work with the following tasks:

• Expense controlling and related reconciliations
• Time registration controlling
• Invoicing
• Intercompany invoicing
• Revenue controlling
• General bookkeeping
• Being a part of the monthly closing process together with the rest of the Finance team.
• Financial ad-hoc tasks
  
  
  

Furthermore, we expect that you have the below qualifications:

• Relevant educational background in economics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience from a similar position.
• Excellent English communication skills, Danish skills are considered as a plus
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Other finance-related applications and programs are considered a plus
• An independent, structured, and professional mindset

Practical information:

• Location: The position is located in Aarhus
• Internal collaborators: At New Power Partners, we help each other out to the extent possible. You will be reporting to our Head of Finance.
• Working hours: 37 hours per week
