Responsibilities

As the Head of Search & Social at Helion B2B, you are responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver Search & Social solutions that drive measurable results for our B2B clients. These services are central to our overall client engagements and may include:

  • Digital strategy anchored in demand generation and demand capture.
  • Performance-focused campaign execution that drives measurable growth through Search & Social
  • Data-driven insights and optimization aligned with each client's business objectives.

You will represent your team in the leadership group and contribute to the strategic development of Helion B2B.

Core responsibilities

People management: Cultivate a thriving team

  • Develop your team and equipping them to become top-tier Search & Social specialists.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and objectives, ensuring every team member understands their contributions to Helion B2B's overall OKRs.
  • Proactively identify and hire talent to scale the Search & Social department in alignment with workload and business goals.

Profitability: Drive revenue and build commercially sustainable relationship

  • Ensure that we meet the revenue targets set for your department.
  • Partner with the Commercial Team to create compelling, tailored pitch materials and represent your team in solution discussions with clients.
  • Serve as a sponsor for complex client accounts and build trust with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

Product development: Innovate and ensure service excellence

  • Develop, refine, and optimize the Search & Social products to ensure it meets current and future clients needs.
  • Position Helion B2B as an industry leader by ensuring your team contributes to marketing initiatives, thought leadership, and best-practice sharing.
  • Implement structured delivery models to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality execution of Search & Social projects.

Operations: Optimize our ways of working

  • Design and implement efficient workflows to improve collaboration across the organization.
  • Manage capacity and resource planning to ensure timely delivery of client commitments.
  • Work closely with other departments heads to align operations and share resources.
