Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) – a company working exclusively for the global fund management company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), is currently looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team in our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The team
As our new Accountant, you will join a team of 5 skilled and experienced colleagues, 2 Junior Accountants, and 2 External Consultants, and you will quickly become a part of an engaging environment and a position where tasks differ daily but follow a routine.
You will report to our Senior Finance Manager, and you will work closely with the entire Finance, Tax, and Risk Management team.
The role
Your main responsibility will be daily accounting activities, as well as performing quarterly closings for assigned areas of responsibility in accordance with the agreed closing procedures and deadlines. Your role within CISC will consist of, but not be limited to:

You have a BSc or a MSc in Economics, Finance or Accounting and come with min. 3 years of full-time experience from a similar role. Moreover, we are seeking a new employee whose willingness to handle routine tasks is important; you must also show readiness to accommodate shifting priorities, as planned assignments may need to be postponed.

- Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions
- Performing quarterly accounting activities for assigned areas
- Financial reconciliation of accounts
- Collaboration with external auditors
- Optimization of tasks and processes
- Ad hoc tasks.
- Global Finance teams
- Data & Analytics
- External stakeholders.
You have a BSc or a MSc in Economics, Finance or Accounting and come with min. 3 years of full-time experience from a similar role.
