About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Haleon’s dynamic commercial organization in a pivotal role that shapes the future of Net Revenue Management (NRM) across the Northern Europe Business Unit. This role can be based within Benelux, Nordics or GBI and reports to the Commercial Excellence Head for Northern Europe.

As the NRM and Go To Market lead, you’ll be at the forefront of driving commercial excellence—unlocking incremental sales and profit while elevating our brands in the marketplace. You’ll champion our Go-to-Market strategy with a focus on efficiency, sophistication, and innovation, powered by cutting-edge technology.

Your top three priorities in this role will be:

  • Shape the Future of NRM – You’ll define and lead the long-term Net Revenue Management (NRM) execution roadmap, enhance systems and processes, and build capabilities across local markets—sharing best practices that drive real impact.
  • Deliver Commercial Results – You’ll be accountable for delivering measurable outcomes across five key NRM pillars: pricing, price pack architecture, mix, promotions, and trade investment.
  • Modernize Go-to-Market Models – You’ll play a critical role in evolving our GTM approach by evaluating current structures and KPIs against external benchmarks, ensuring Haleon remains agile, competitive, and future-ready.


Key Responsibilities

Deliver NE Net Sales & Profit targets across all 5 pillars.

  • Brand portfolio pricing
  • Provide guidance and strategy to NE markets in line with global strategy.
  • Pack Price Architecture
  • Lead price pack architecture strategy development for key markets and channels in alignment with brand strategy and global price maps.
  • Guide local Teams in converting brand PPA positioning into local strategy.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team on PPA strategy
  • Promotional effectiveness
  • Lead the enhancement of promotion management by conducting diagnostics and establishing a promotional framework for key Haleon brands.
  • Assist in creating a governance rhythm with local NRM teams to demonstrate ongoing improvement in promotion ROI and compliance with Price Pack Architecture.
  • Develop and implement a robust process and provide tools for promotion evaluation to optimize efficiency.
  • Active mix management
  • Help markets make strategic calls in boosting profitable SKUs as reflected in PPA
  • Understand and diagnose long term customer channel mix impacts on region’s sales.
  • Support SKU rationalization process in collaboration with Supply Team
  • Trade Investment management. Work closely with NE Trade Acceleration Lead on Trade Investment management to:
  • Expand the Commercial Growth Framework in priority markets and plan investments according to segmentation.
  • Lead diagnostics and optimization of Trade Spend for productivity increase. Identify existing Gross to net inefficiencies and work closely with markets to redeploy investment for winning in market.
  • Transform customer contract structures to improve delivery of strategic initiatives.


Go-to-Market scope

  • Go to Market
  • Map & understand existing go-to-market models in Pharmacy & Mass Market channels across BU, to idenfity key archetypes, segments, value pools, prioritize initiatives, define success criteria & KPIs.
  • Scrutinize our right to win by bechmarking us vs. key competitors
  • Help modernize existing RTMs to ensure profitable business growth (OP%) via optimized cost to serve
  • Support GMs and key senior stakeholders in change management
  • Sales Strategy (Channel/Customer)
  • Help identify growth opportunities & investment priorities, to deliver key financial & market objectives
  • Reflect key recommendations into Channel Development Matrix and Customer Growth Framework, looking for mix improvements
  • Help increase Trade spend productivity through revision and reframing of commercial contracts
  • Assist Sales Leaders in successful Commercial Planning process with tools & frameworks
  • Driving Commercial Capabilities
  • Deliver and continuously update “share and re-apply” guidance in close collaboration with local & regional Teams
  • Partner with Sales Leaders on Sales development needs mapping & planning to address
  • Support creation of regional/global tools, and their adjustment to BU specifics


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales and Commercial Excellence, including leadership roles across multiple geographies
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Net Revenue Management
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, analytical skills, and a growth mindset
  • Proficiency in English and experience working in matrix organizations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven experience in leading change
  • Strong understanding of commercial technologies
