Your Role
As our new Business and Functional Specialist, you will play a vital role in turning strategy into real-world impact. You will:

You will be part of a collaborative, technology-focused team of around 10 members working across Copenhagen and Vilnius. We specialise in integration, developing everything from APIs and file-based flows to REST services. We value collaboration, clear communication, and enjoy a positive work atmosphere.

Your Role
As our new Business and Functional Specialist, you will play a vital role in turning strategy into real-world impact. You will:
- Lead significant strategic initiatives, including cloud-platform implementation and crucial integrations that improve our SUL (sickness and accident insurance) performance.
- Coordinate sprint planning and implementation, collaborating closely with two architects and an agile expert to advance our agile journey.
- Manage integrations with key partners like twoday, Microsoft, SimCorp, and Dansk Sundhedssikring.
- Work within a complex IT environment and contribute to its simplification for tangible impact.

- Hands-on experience with agile roles such as PO, SM, or similar.
- Solid experience in stakeholder management and delivering strategic initiatives.
- A strong understanding of technology without needing to code.
- Effective collaboration skills and a structured approach.
- Interest, proactive engagement, and the ability to connect business and IT.
