This position is based at our friendly office in either Warsaw or Roskilde, where you will lead our Omnichannel domain and manage a team of skilled development managers who report directly to you.

Omnichannel at BEC is at the forefront of shaping the digital experience for our customers. The domain is responsible for developing and maintaining customer-facing digital channels,

Our teams define and drive the strategy for BEC’s digital channels and self-service solutions, ensuring secure, seamless, and user-friendly experiences for end users. In close collaboration with Scoutz – our Salesforce hub – they work to deliver transparent and effective advisory journeys for banks, supporting both advisors and customers.

This role plays a key part in delivering top-tier digital banking solutions that are closely aligned with the strategic objectives of the banks and the evolving needs of their customers. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of digital financial services by driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of our digital strategy.

You will report directly to the Head of Business Innovation and work closely together to deliver key organizational goals, ensuring strategic alignment and strong cross-functional collaboration across initiatives.

Primary task and responsibilities include:


  • Develop and implement the strategic vision for Omnichannel, ensuring that all managers reporting to you are actively engaged and aligned with a shared purpose and focus.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of development managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Establish working relationship with your product manager to support seamless collaboration and integration across BEC’s value chain.
  • Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance capabilities, efficiency, and the quality of solutions developed within your domain.


To succeed you will have: 


  • Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in software development or digital product delivery, including years in a senior leadership role with proven experience in managing both technical teams and managers.
  • A solid technical foundation that enables you to effectively address complex challenges and drive key initiatives forward
  • You will serve as a trusted sparring partner and be a manager of managers, ensuring alignment between technical execution and strategic goals.
  • Proven ability to lead large development teams, manage complex projects, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
