About The Role

The Estée Lauder Companies offer an exciting opportunity as sales analyst, where you play an instrumental role in ensuring that our commercial team get the insights, analysis and recommendations to deliver best in class account management and sales performance. You will be responsible for contract management throughout the entire retailer life cycle and will provide recommendations to ensure we improve both growth and profitability. In addition, you will be the link between our finance team and our commercial team by overseeing our monthly cost calculations as well as provide insights and recommendations where needed.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance by our retail partners and brands to produce accurate sales projections & profitability analysis
  • Support calculation of new retailer contracts and review existing agreements. Including recommendations to improve growth and profitability
  • In collaboration with our Key Account Management team, ensure alignment with agreed targets, follow up on discounts and provide insights to both Key Account Managers and our Business Unit Manager
  • Ensure order commitments are placed for new product launches. Investigate and act on any discrepancies
  • Monitor our corporate selling costs Highlight over/under-spend and propose cost-saving initiatives where appropriate – including T&E, tester spend and other employee costs
  • Own and manage bonus calculations related to our commercial team
  • Together with our Supply Chain team own and support the ‘return process’

Your Qualifications

  • You have a Master degree within Finance or similar educational background
  • You have min 5 years of experience from a similar role or other roles providing financial insights to support the business
  • You are an expert in MS Power BI, Power Automate and Excel
  • You have strong analytical skills and are used to analyzing data and provide clear recommendations
  • You have experience from Retail and/or FMCG and understand the business model within the industry
  • You have experience with contract management, cost control and ongoing monitoring of agreements
  • You speak fluently English
