We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Optimisation Manager - Accounting, to join our Business Processes & Information team, part of Business Service Operations!

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive process design, improvement, automation and maintenance for flow of goods and flow of money, and general accounting (including intercompany invoicing, general ledger and lease management).

  • Lead global cross functional projects and initiatives requiring process and system knowledge, with a focus on change management.

  • Provide end-to-end process and system insights to business partners on new initiatives, ways of working and business models, with governance and compliance as a core principle.

Business Processes & Information (BPI) is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of Finance & HR processes as well as process

expertise and interaction on finance, controlling as well as business & tax processes. Our objective is to develop and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge the business needs with digital solutions. You will be based in either Prague, CZ or Billund, Denmark and join a distributed team of more than seventy dedicated colleagues. In this role, you will drive finance and tax processes improvement incl customs and other compliance obligations within the functional area. You will facilitate business requirements delivery and participate in ERP transformation project requiring process and SAP system knowledge.

Do you have what it takes ?

  • Hands on SAP experience (FI & CO, RE), including testing and implementing new solutions.

  • Proven experience of global projects and initiatives, including root-cause analysis, definition of business requirements, testing, implementation, documentation and training.

  • Strong relationship-building skills across functional areas and diverse cultures.

  • Ability to focus on details while maintaining a well-rounded end-to-end approach and strategic awareness.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex issues in a user-friendly language.

  • Emphasis on curiosity and a proactive, business-minded attitude, valuing respect and knowledge sharing within the team.

  • A limited number of business travel days (range 0-15 days per year) may be expected.

  • Drive delivery of business requirements through collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
