What you will do
As Partner Success Manager- gross , you’ll be the driving force behind executing and optimizing gross campaigns in our growing Marketplace. You'll own the campaign lifecycle from start to finish — managing partners, coordinating with clients, and ensuring operational excellence across every touchpoint.

What you will do
As Partner Success Manager- gross , you’ll be the driving force behind executing and optimizing gross campaigns in our growing Marketplace. You'll own the campaign lifecycle from start to finish — managing partners, coordinating with clients, and ensuring operational excellence across every touchpoint.
- Coordinate and execute gross campaigns, ensuring smooth operation before, during, and after launch.
- Act as the key liaison between partners and clients, managing orders, terminations, and system updates in Benifex’s portal.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to develop scalable, market-specific solutions, ensuring alignment with partner and client needs.
- Support Marketplace growth by improving processes, automating workflows, and facilitating agreements between clients and suppliers.
- Troubleshoot partner-related issues and escalate when necessary, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and KPIs aligned with company OKRs.

- Fluent in Danish and English
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong background in roles involving high levels of coordination and administrative responsibility
- Experience in a customer facing role supporting and resolving technical client issues
- Experience working with platforms and maintaining accuracy
- Comfortable navigating platforms and optimizing partner experiences at scale
- You're proactive, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or gross campaign environments is desirable
