We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive full-time Product Development Assistant to join our expanding team in Copenhagen.
In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of our Sourcing, Product Development and Production processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communications, maintain timelines and support the execution of our high-quality products.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will support the team of Product Developers in daily tasks and processes such as:
- Coordination of sample requests, tracking and approvals
- Create and maintain product information in Delogue PLM from development throughout final product.
- Organise and maintain physical samples and product archives
- Daily communication with Global suppliers
- Manage in- and outgoing parcels
- Prepare collections for internal meetings
You come with a high level of energy and a can-do attitude – maybe you recently graduated or have already had your first job within the industry.

What You Bring To The Table
- >1 year’s experience or recently graduated from a relevant textile/fashion school
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in an agile environment
- A genuine interest in learning and achieving high-quality
- Can communicate fluently in both spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Delogue PLM is a plus.
- Passion for products and an eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team
