We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Business Management Consultant to join our dynamic Operations & Performance Development (O&PD) team, which aims to ensure smooth and well-organized management of the large Personal & Business Customer Services (P&BC Services) organization. This unit consists of a thousand employees located across Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Lithuania. Our team is responsible for a diverse array of performance and business management tasks, from coordination and professionalizing organizational routines to executive reporting and Management Information.
This role is crucial for taking lead of the Business Management and executive communication agenda within O&PD for P&BC Services. The successful candidate will manage and perform a wide range of business management related priorities, while also utilizing and supporting team members in successful delivery. Excitingly, this position will be partly shaped according to your skills and interests, giving you both the freedom and responsibility to determine how you execute and navigate this versatile role.

We offer:
This position can be located in Lithuania, Finland and Denmark. If you are hired in Lithuania, the applicable salary range will be from 3200 to 4800 EUR monthly (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

- Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.
- Create and deliver executive presentations, ensuring professional and impactful communication of key messages to senior executives incl. c-suit and BoD
- Execute on Business Management, additionally taking lead of the agenda within the team through oversight, support and training of colleagues, and ensuring high quality and timely delivery
- Facilitate and oversee annual organizational activities ranging from HR-related processes and physical leadership gatherings to structured administrative foundations
- Establish and run reporting activities, e.g. creation and performance management of KPIs to leaders and the organization at large as well as PMO type management of O&PD
- Manage ad hoc requests to the organization, ensuring timely and professional delivery of materials and coordination within the team
- Experience in management support, executive assistant, PMO or other type of senior consulting role
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audience
- Ability to navigate complex organisational structures and collaborate with stakeholders across various organizational seniority levels
- Structured, ability to manage multiple priorities, keeping on top of key milestones and deadlines with agility for sudden new priorities
- Motivated by establishing and running organizational processes and structures in a professional and ever improving manner
- Proactive and self-driven approach, taking initiative to refine the roadmap beyond assigned and known priorities
- Interest and interpersonal skills in servant leadership through support and development of team members
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
