Do you want to work in an exciting consulting environment with interesting projects? Are you a mechanical engineer specializing in Industrial and Clean Room Ventilation? Then, this could be the next adventure in your career.

Work on some of Denmark’s biggest pharma projects
To further strengthen our work with mechanical solutions in our Buildings & Industry division, we are looking for an Industrial and Clean Room Ventilation Engineer to join our team. We are approximately 40 employees working alongside our customers on some of Denmark’s most significant projects within the pharma industry. And we are proud to have contributed to some of Denmark’s biggest pharma projects.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Developing ventilation systems specifically for industrial environments and clean rooms to ensure optimal air quality, temperature, humidity, and contaminant control.
  • Conducting detailed airflow, pressure, and contamination control analyses to meet the strict regulations and standards for clean rooms and industrial ventilation.
  • Ensuring all ventilation designs comply with local and international standards such as ISO cleanroom standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Working cross functionally with other engineers (mechanical, electrical), architects, and stakeholders to integrate ventilation systems seamlessly into the overall building design.
  • Preparing detailed technical documentation, design reports, and presentations for clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Overseeing installation and commissioning of ventilation systems to ensure adherence to design specifications and performance standards.

Your skills. Our team. Together we design the future.
To thrive in this position, you must prioritize teamwork and communication with those around you, including colleagues, partners, and clients. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.

On top of that, you will have:

  • A relevant engineering background in mechanical engineering, HVAC engineering, building services engineering, or similar.
  • More than 5 years of practical experience in designing, specifying, and managing ventilation systems, specifically for industrial environments and clean rooms (e.g. experience in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, food processing, or similar sectors where clean room standards apply).
  • Familiarity with relevant clean room classifications (ISO 14644, GMP, FDA guidelines) and an understanding of how to design ventilation and airflow systems to meet stringent contamination and temperature control requirements.
  • Proficiency in ventilation system design, CFD modelling (Computational Fluid Dynamics), airflow analysis, and energy efficiency. Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar BIM platforms is often required.
  • A proficient verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English.
