As Head of Discipline within Buildings and Industry, you will be engaged in guiding a skilled team of approximately 20 sustainability specialists. Your leadership will affect our customers’ sustainability strategies and their solutions in the long run.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing strategies in close coorporation with customers and colleagues and following these through all project phases.
- The quality of our deliverables lives up to all standards and agreements.
- Managing the discipline group beyond project work by encouraging professional growth, maintaining a clear overview of employees’ skills, and ensuring effective staffing including recruitment, promotions, and optimizing team capacity.
- Deliver business growth and exemplary results for sustainability management and certification discipline. Sometimes you might also take on a pivotal role as a senior specialist, project manager or discipline lead on key projects, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Providing coaching and mentorship to team members, developing them through individual development dialogues and constructive feedback.

On top of that, you will have:
- We are searching for someone who understands the importance of balancing business needs with employee development. Additionally, you should be able to create an environment where team members are valued, perceive it, and are highly motivated.
- On top of that, you will have:
- A degree in engineering, architecture or similar, coupled with substantial experience in managing or delivering sustainable projects.
- Extensive business acumen, and experience in the construction industry.
- Comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge in the sustainability sector, both within Denmark and on an international scale. A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
- As a person you are characterized as experienced, engaging and strategic.
- Effective communication abilities in both Danish and English, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
